The surface tension measuring device system has a visual cell, which has two high temperature and pressure observation windows, along with the injection capillary system to form drops in tank conditions. The viewing windows are equipped with crystal glass with a pressure tolerance of 15,000 psi and a temperature of 1800 centigrade. The device system is designed in such a way that it can be produced as hanging or rising drops for different fluids.
