Cam and follower device

The use of this device is to check the displacement curves of the follower due to the rotation of different cams.
A cam is a device that converts rotary motion into reciprocating motion (or oscillating motion). A well-known example of the use of this device is the camshaft in internal combustion engines, which opens and closes the gas and smoke valves at the appropriate time when the engine axis rotates.
The test device is a rectangular cubic box on which a cam with a roller follower is installed. Cam angle and follower displacement are read by encoders. On the right side of this device is a USB port for connecting to a computer and reading the angle of the cam and moving the follower
