Temperature control device

The purpose of this experiment is to investigate the behavior of a plate type heat exchanger and then control the temperature of the process fluid outlet (cold water) which is used through flow control with a motorized control valve.
Controlling a system in a general sense means that a desired quantity in a system or mechanism or machine remains at a certain value or changes according to a desirable and desired routine.
The PID controller is created from the parallel combination of proportional, integral and derivative controllers and is considered the most common type of controller in industries.

• Computer hardware and software for control, data collection and drawing the necessary graphs
• Suitable interface for connecting the device to a computer with a USB port
• Has a teaching powerpoint and student agenda, calculation booklet and software training video
• The structure of the device has an electrostatic color
• Korean stainless steel plate heat exchanger
• Centrifugal pump to provide proper flow
• Heat supply system using a German heater
• Pipes and fittings made of PVC with Italian TP brand or Swiss GF or 316L steel
• 2 rotameters with a valve to control and adjust the required flow rate in the converter
• Temperature control system using temperature sensor type PT100 Jomo, Germany
