The fatigue test of rotating beam or RR Moore is designed based on the laws of rotating beam. The tested sample in this sample is a beam which is loaded from both sides and symmetrically at the point. When the beam rotates, the tension in the upper layer of the neutral circuit of the beam is tensile and in the lower layers of the neutral line, it is compressive. For this reason, in each complete cycle, the sample goes through a full cycle of twisting stress (tensile and compressive).
