Buckling test machine

The purpose of using this device is to calculate the lateral buckling in the columns and obtain the critical load for different columns with different support conditions.
The choice of columns is usually an important part of the design of a structure because the failure of a column usually results in catastrophic results, and the design of columns is more difficult than the design of beams under bending or shafts under twisting.
